Home of Josiah Stickney, a whaling and sugar merchant, located where Perkins School for the Blind main building now stands. It was built by William Hunt and sold by his grandson, Benjamin Faneuil Hunt, Jr., abolitionist, in 1844 to Josiah Stickney.
