While Abby Osgood Mandell has never been a laborer in the anti-slavery cause, her heart "has not been untouched by its claims, nor unmoved by the wrongs of the oppressed." Although Mr. Mandell "does not fully sympathise with the views of the prominent abolitionists, yet he works in his own way." Abby Osgood Mandell encloses a contribution for the Liberty Bell, and she hopes to look in at the next bazaar.
