Charles Frederic Rogers was the son of Aaron Rogers and Elizabeth Noble Blaisdell. Charles' first wife was Caroline A. Freeman, daughter of Whipple Freeman and Mary Freeman. His second wife was Martha Dana Kelsey Seaver, daughter of William D. Seaver and Katherine Hobbs. Martha's first husband was Frank Kelsey.
