Text from item: Metropolitan Boston Air Raid Test and Civil Defense Demonstration, April 24, 1954. Federal and local official renew acquaintance at Everett demonstration. Left to right: Albert Viscounte, Supply Officer, Waltham and Norman Fitts, Public Affairs Officer, Region I, FCDA. Several Waltham CD units participated in the demonstration - notably a medical unit with simulated casualties. Mr. Fitts observed the exercise at four points throughout metropolitan Boston and made a 16 mm. film of the demonstration.
