View across the valley below the Baptist (Old Stone) Church. To the left of the image are the buildings of the Cowee Grist Mill, owned by Edward A. Cowee, and the Cowee Bridge over which passes Holbrook Street and under which passes the South Branch of the Nashua River. The land in the foreground has been cleared making way for the construction of the Wachusett Reservoir. In the middle of the image are the homes of George Hildreth (at the corner of the road leading to Oakdale) and then further on that road George Reed's organ shop and house. At the top of the hill are the Baptist parsonage and the Baptist (Old Stone) Church with the Pierce house opposite. Circa 1895-1905
