Some flat belt signs are attached to the facade such as: Shepard & Co.; Cloaks and Millinery; and Whitford and Stowe over the entrance to the dwelling area. Electric wires are evident in the right corner of the image. Two women are chatting together and a man is leaning against an electric pole.
