George Hartwell. John R. Hartwell. 1875 John Dee. 1912 Estate. 1916 Thomas Dee. 1926 Jane Poor and Marian Fitch, Hartwell Farm." Handwritten annotation: "Burned down. 1968 approx.- 1st fire. The final(?) fire came around 1975."
