Land of Nathaniel Mayo of Eastham being divided by his sons; division of property, not a deed of sale; 10 acres by current residence of Thomas and Nathaniel divided between them; Nathaniel gets father's house lot; Samuel gets 10 acres of upland; also seems to be a meadow (1.5 acres to Thomas, .5 acres to Nathaniel), plus another .5 acres at "Great Skakett, .75 acres by Indian Brook (now Hatch Creek) and an acre of meadow at the heart of the boat meadow near Goodman Merrick (Myrick?)--all going to Nathaniel--and 2 acres of meadow near the head of Rock Harbour to Samuel (25.25 acres total?); Samuel Mayo signs name "Samuell"; names of witnesses abbreviated and a bit hard to read; not sure if Thomas Paine is Junior or Senior.
