On item: The Boston Fish Pier, located on Northern Avenue in South Boston next to the World Trade Center, has been owned by Massport since 1972. Massport has completed a $25 million rehabilitation of the pier, thoroughly modernizing the pier and creating first-class commercial office space and modern fish processing and distribution operations. All to this was accomplished while preserving the historic facade of the buildings.
