On item back: Boston Port/1740. Officials ceremonailly "untie" ferry Ucatena from its moorings, follwing a successful overhaul at Boston Marine Works. Once a bankrupt ship repair operation, it has received new life as a working repairyard for vessels including ferries and tugs, which previously would have had to be transported to ports 40-50 miles away for basic repairs.
