Sept. 19th Dear Sir, It gives me great pleasure to ask you, in behalf of our trustees, to allow your daughter, little Helen, and her teacher, Miss Sullivan, to become permanent guests of the Perkins Institution. Our trustees are somewhat scattered at this vacation season but I have acquired an expression of opinion from enough of them individually to be assured that at their earliest meeting they will formally and heartily approve this action.
