Navy Yard gate. Text says: "Yard covers about 70 acres. The portage on the harbor is about 5000 ft. The largest ships of the line can sail from the wharves fully fitted for sea. Average no. of men employed thru the year is 500, sometimes as high as 900 at the average wages per day of $788."
