[See Ms.A.9.2 v.11, p.130 for the 4th of July celebration program of the Boston Anti-Slavery Society.] She tells about social gatherings and viewing the fireworks in the Boston Common. Francis Jackson was impersonated in a farce called the "Retired Soap-Boiler," which "has reference to his actions in regard to the License law."
