Commemorative bronze tablet at foot of Constitution Oak behind Main Library, dedicated in memory of 150th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution by the Watertown Women's Club. Located in the back of the library, northeast corner of the 1955 addition. Cut down in mid 2004 to make way for an addition to the main library building.
