Layout: 1 column, 13 lines of text and music.
Script: Small Church Slavic script in black ink with interlinear "campo aperto" musical notation and rubrics in red.
Decoration: Floral headpiece on fol. 1, with gold and color washes, 4-line first initial of text with color and gold acanthus leaf decoration.
Binding: 18th-century? calf with large blind-stamped central arabesque on both covers and corner fleurons within narrow roll and fillet borders. Remains of clasps, carmine gauffered edges. Spine in 5 compartments each with a row of 3 small tools (a circle with 10 radiating spokes).
