Eighth grade class graduation photo
Item Information
- Title:
- Eighth grade class graduation photo
- Description:
-
Black-and-white photograph of a graduating eighth grade class from Hopkinton, who are posed in a grassy field along with the school's headmaster. There are 27 students in total. The year is believed to be 1906, though this is uncertain. These students may have attended school at the building in Woodville that is currently the Hopkinton Rod & Gun Club. The setting could be the surroundings of this building. Harold S. Wood is the one student named in the group. It is not known which one of the boys in the front or back rows is him. "Woodville" is mentioned on the other side of the backing card, though this could refer to either Harold S. Wood's residence, the location of the school, or both.
