Additional information accompanying item: Margins not rectified. Fourth state - upper margin - l'Artiste. Lower margin - "Imp. Lemercier." The signature in pencil as in the third state, and the title "A Berlioz." The music has been effaced. Executed in 1895. The impression of the fourth state were for the regular edition of "l'Artiste," Feb. 1895.
