Two men wearing dark overcoats face each other and shake hands over a large memorial boulder than reaches about to their wastes. The one of the left has a brimmed had and a white beard. The one of the right appears to be younger, perhaps in his twenties, is cleanshaven and wearing a cap. A fence and trees are in the background.

Notes:
Handwriting on the postcard reads “Elmer Lemon 1861” underneath the man on the left and “Cassius Lemon 1918” under the man on the right and “Lemon 1861” in the center underneath. This may be Francis Elmer Lemon (b. 1844) and grandson Cassius Elmer Lemon (b. 1895). The memorial boulder is outside of Glendale Cemetery.
