The original date on manuscript is "Jan. 16. 1833." The year "1833" has bene changed in pencile to "1834". Annotation on manuscript also adopts the corrected version of the year.
On verso, the delivery address is "Rev. Amos Phelps, Boston." It was postmarked on Jan. 17 in Albany.
