William Lloyd Garrison discusses his eczema and Dr. Dow's electrical treatment for it. There has not been much improvement in his condition. Garrison writes: "Yesterday, I dined with Julia Randall at her request, Miss Waterman still being absent from the city. Wendell Phillips Garrison suggested a Dr. Dunham, but William L. Garrison prefers to continue with Dr. Geist. William L. Garrison regrets that Henry Villard has to go to Germany at this time.
