<mods:abstract>A photograph of the gardens near the boys' primary school on the campus of the Royal Normal College for the Blind in Upper Norwood, England. The college grounds were laid out with separate playgrounds and asphalt walkways for the different ages and genders, a cycle track and a small body of water for boating, flower beds, and gardens for the children. A notable feature of the grounds is the large number of beautiful shade trees and flowering shrubs.</mods:abstract>
