George Jeffrey TIllotson writes to Amos A. Phelps about shares purchased on Tillotson's behalf that cost more money than he had given. He directs Phelps where to send the stock certificates and certificates of deposit to ensure that the his debts are paid back with interest.

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in black ink on white lined paper. In the head- spine corner there is an embossed circular logo with three feathers rising out of the top of the circle. Inside the embossed circle, is the image of a crown surrounded by the words "Hudsons Rate." Just above the salutation, the number "67" is marked in pencil.
