Summary provided by the Society for American Baseball Research, 2010-2011.
Jeff Heath was only with the Boston Braves for two years, 1948 and 1949. Bob Elliott hit a total of four home runs against the Giants at Braves Field during those two years. But only two of them (on August 11, 1948 in the 6th inning and August 18, 1949 in the 2nd inning) were solo shots with Heath batting behind him in the order (Society for American Baseball Research, 2010-2011).
