Surveyed and drawn by G. B. Joslin. 1 sheet. Includes plan of buildings (with dimensions), elevation views of individual buildings (with functions of building floors and rooms), and surroundings, including some dwellings and tenements. Also includes description of property, power and fuel, stock and product, and existing water sources and fire protection resources. Lacks isometric view of buildings. A number of notes and changes handwritten on map, one dated 3/18/40. Paper taped over title information and survey date reads: "Now - Maplewood-Yarn Mills, Inc. Former - Charlton Mills Location - Fall River, Mass." No date on when this change was made. Stamped on lower right-hand corner of map: "Cancelled May 1 - 1916." Serial number 10295 (original survey).
