Description:
Mary Ashton Livermore writes to Mary Anne Estlin in regards to her retreat to the Scottish Highlands on account of the hot weather they are having. She regrets that she may not be able to see Miss Estlin before her return to America in August along with Mr. Garrison and other friends. She writes that her time in England has been enjoyed albeit fatiguing, which is why they are removing themselves from the excitement for some "rest and recuperation" before their voyage home.
