Description:
Henry Vincent writes to Francis Jackson Garrison welcoming him "to Old England." He invites Garrison to stay with him in London, telling him that they have access to all of London "quickly and cheaply", but that if he cannot stay he "must come to see us." In the postscript, Vincent says he knows what time Garrison's train will arrive and will meet him at the station.
