Description:
V. Garment writes to Andrew Nybe that he "should have been delighted to say a few words at the meeting tonight" but he is "so much pressed with work" he cannot attend. He remarks that it is "very kind of Mrs. Nichol to ask me to meet Mr. Garrison, which I should have liked very much to do" if he could have made the meeting.
