John Calvin Webster writes to Amos A. Phelps about submitting a review of the Executive Committee's address for Amos's approval. He writes in his postscript: "our association was unanimous in the adoption of this article as a report and some of them expressed a strong wish to have it published." He requests that Mr. Moore be interviewed on the subject soon.
