Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed on a white sheet of lined paper with an embossed emblem above the saltuation reading "O & H." Just above the emblem is an annotated checkmark in pencil, while below the salutation the number "21" is written in pencil. There are also two large orange spots on the back of the letter that show through on the front. The whole letter has been folded so that there are 2 evenly-spaced, vertical crease marks and one horizontal crease running across the center.
