Published state. The back and left wing of the leading duck are slightly darkened by the addition of fine lines following the contour. The reflection of the bank in the middle distance between the two lower ducks at the right is made dark by the addition of a series of short vertical lines between two horizontal lines which extend to the head of the duck at the right. Reproduced. 150 proofs. Signed in pencil on Whatman paper.
