Farm house with outbuildings and windmill, orginally the Joseph Morgan homestead. The farmhouse later became the property of the Fairfield family. In 1913, this location became the site of the residence of Samuel R. Whiting, son of Luther and Anna Fairfield. His home later became the Marian Center of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary, 1365 Northampton Street.
