Joseph Curtis and heart specialist Dr. Paul Dudley White, at City Hall Plaza. They're ready to lead a dozen bicycle enthusiast on a two-mile downtown tour. Businessmen, shoppers, students were urged to use bikes instead of autos for short trips to Hub as a healthy means of combatting air pollution, reducing traffic jams.
