Notes:
Crowds watching the fire from the south side of Grove Street. Firefighters from Bridgewater, Middleborough, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Whitman, and Brockton responded to the fire, but a lack of water pressure hindered their efforts. The firefighters even tried pumping water from the nearby Campus Pond, though that was not entirely successful.
