Notes:
The lower campus of the State Normal School at Bridgewater was located on the six acres of land across Summer Street from the first Normal School buildings. The land - purchased in 1881 by former principal Albert G. Boyden and later acquired by the state - was originally called Boyden Park and included a pond and ice house in addition to fields for sports and tennis. The building to the left is the ice house.
