Notes:
Dedicated in September of 1891, the building housed classrooms, the library, the model school, a gymnasium, administrative offices, and an assembly hall that could seat 250 students. In 1894 the building was exlarged by 50 percent with a three-story addition in the rear. To the left of the Normal School Building is Normal Hall, a dormitory built in 1869.
