This was the least season coached by Head coach A.G. Johnson, ending his 12 year coaching career at Springfield College. Under the leadership of Head coach Johnson and team Captain Donald Bennett, the team finished with a record of 16 wins and 6 losses. This was an impressive season for the Springfield College basketball team due to the very demanding schedule. The team played 22 games and had only 6 players on the team. During the early part of the season, Captain Bennett was injured and Arthur Allen was lost last in the season to injury. Despite only have 6 players on the team, the Springfield College men's basketball team was able to outscore their opponents 723 to 575 over the season.
