Standing cup with ear-shaped handle with gadrooned spine and traces of gilt decoration; border: gold and blue enamel bands and gold loop chain over orange band; gilt cipher "GWA" on shield draped in blue and gold mantel with ribbon and tassles; pair of doves perched on bar hold gold branch in their beaks; whole image ringed in 16 gilt stars.
