Armchair. Turned oak and ash. Slat back form. Upright back with pear-shaped finials; three-slatback (top one has split and lost its top curve). Each slat pierced with small decorative holes. Top and lower slat have circular holes; central slat has two circular holes flanking a central diamond-shaped hole. Plain rounded arms; old, painted rush seat; turned front posts; legs connected by two sausage-turned stretchers; straight feet slightly truncated and fitted with holes for casters (no longer present), natural finish with traces of old brownish-red stain toward bottom.
