'Our wedding day was a beautiful, sunny, warm day. We were married at Saint Edwards Church. Bride and groom were both lifelong residents of Brockton. Reception was at Saint George's Hall where we enjoyed a hearty spread of sandwiches to celebrate our special day. Music by Bill Robinson and everyone danced hours. After the wedding, the bride and groom enjoyed a honeymoon to Canada, then returned to make their home on Augustine Street in Brockton for more than 50 years.
