'My grandfather, Walter D. Richard, was a former Bellingham Selectman and also Town Treasurer. My mother, Bertha, was one of 5 children. I'm a retired firefighter (career) and am now the Fire Chaplain as well as the Chairman of the Bellingham Historical Commission. These are my grandparents and their 5 children.
