Daniel F. Featherston's notes for hearing in front of First Circuit court October 3, 1978
Description:
Notes Daniel Featherston used when he argued for a petition for re-trial in front of the First Cicuit court. "It should frighten everyone in this room that I must stand here today, because our hallowed system of justice has so far badly broken down in this case: so badly, the black community can with some basis call it HONKEY JUSTICE." Included with a letter sent to Parky and Ross on October 5, 1978.
