Interview with longtime Gould Farm workers and residents about their various experiences pertaining to Gould Farm. Bob Gardiner lived at the farm from 1943 to 1954, and since then, he has intermittently volunteered at the farm; he is currently an associate member of its Board of Directors. Bob Rausch came to Gould Farm in 1978 and has worked there ever since; he is currently an associate member. Donna Burkhart came to Gould Farm with her husband, Wayne Burkhart, in 1984; shortly thereafter, she became the farm's Director of Client Services, and she presently holds that position and serves on the Admissions Team. Steve Snyder came to Gould Farm in 1990 and has worked there since; he is currently both an associate member and the farm's Work Program Director. Wayne Burkhart came to Gould Farm with his wife, Donna Burkhart, in 1984; since then, he has worked in Gould Farm's work program, and he is currently an associate member.
