Ray Heist, vice president of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. describes an accident in which his son, Rob Heist, broke his neck and became a quadriplegic. Heist describes the treatment and rehabilitation his son has gone through. The rest of the brochure discusses the NPF as an organization that exists to help paraplegics and quadriplegics.
