Letter from Lavonne Rykiel to unidentified correspondent
Description:
Addressed "to whom it may concern"; concerning the prospects for Rykiel's sister, who is paralyzed from the shoulders down after being in an auto accident. Rykiel describes her sister's treatment immediately following the accident and her time in Mary Free Bed Hospital. Her sister was then sent home to live with her parents with the promise that she would still receive therapy at her home, but that has not been the case. Rykiel asks if there is anything that can be done for her sister, or any place she can go.
