Description:
A proposal "to consider the potential of a presently unused seminary for reuse as a housing facility for the physically handicapped." Discusses the fact that many people with physical disabilities are denied the opportunity to become "productive and independent citizens" in part because there is no housing program is suitable for them. The Catholic Archdiocese of Boston has resources in the form of unused real estate which may be used for housing for people with disabilities depending on costs. Suggestions for multiple uses of the building, questions to be answered in the study, and a proposed budget are included.
