Brief description of a statement made by the Director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority, John Warner, to the Board of Director's in which he describes concern for the inaccessibility of the standard design of buildings and facilities for people with physical disabilities. Warner instructs the staff to review plans for all building projects and insure that a policy be developed which requires "adequate facilities for the handicapped."
