Responding to a previous letter; thanking him for his explanation, and mentioning her experiences with the National Association of the Advancement of Colored People, that she also has issues with Walter White, and that when Du Bois resigned she had mentioned to Mary Ovington that the organization would suffer and was promptly fired soon after. Also mentioning that she has a hard time believing that William Pickens would have acted the way Du Bois said he had, because she finds him to be an honest person, and that she wrote an article on Brazil and the American colonies for "Phylon."
