In this American Graduate Program, Teachers Teaching Teachers is a pilot program created by the New Mexico Public Education Department. La Promesa Early Learning Center is participating in the program "Reads to Learn," which has the goal of having all children at grade level by third grade. Reading coaches, teaching partners, and professional learning centers are used to provide professional development for teachers on site every day.
