'My parents were born in Quebec and moved to Winchester a few years before this photo. My doctor was a Harvard Medical School grad and practiced in Winchester. Anne and her siblings pictured here grew up on Warren Street and attended First Congregational Church in Winchester and attended the Wyman School on Church Street. As a child, I remember playing with my best friend in Wilderwood Cemetary (Jean Bradley, 'Beany', and I was 'Squint', nicknames from her older sisters). We sat on the gravestones and pretended they were our horses. Pictured, from left to right: my sister Margaret Thorburn Brown, my mother Florence Wilson Brown, my sister Louise Brown, myself Anne Brown Hilliard (seated), and my brother Frederick Ronald Brown, Jr. (seated). Location: 6 Warren Street.'
