'The Winchester MultiCultural Network was founded in 1991 and this brochure, which was developed almost ten years ago, describes our museum and work. The Network is evolving and growing, having started as a group of almost 15 people to a recognized community organization. I was the founder but it has taken many people committed to making Winchester an inclusive community to grow the organization.'
